1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order. By purchasing, you confirm you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. Use of Website

You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, to violate any laws in your jurisdiction, or to:

  • Interfere with the operation or security of the site
  • Copy, scrape, or reproduce site content for commercial use
  • Submit false or misleading information

We may refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our discretion.

3. Products and Pricing

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). If your card is denominated in another currency, your bank's exchange rate applies and may differ from any converted price shown on the site.

We make every effort to display product information, colours, and images accurately, but we do not warrant that descriptions or other content are error-free. Wood finishes vary, and results with our products depend on the surface, the damage, and the application — images are illustrative, not a guarantee of outcome.

Pricing errors: if a product is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund, whether or not the order has been confirmed.

4. Orders and Acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. We accept it when we send your shipping confirmation. Until then, we may decline or cancel any order — including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability — and will refund you in full.

5. Shipping, Returns, and Refunds

Delivery times, costs, and destinations are set out in our Shipping Policy. Returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by our Refund Policy. Both form part of these Terms.

6. Product Use and Safety

LENCE products are intended for use on wood and finished furniture surfaces only. Always test on a small hidden area first. Follow the instructions supplied with the product, keep it out of reach of children, and avoid contact with eyes and skin.

We are not responsible for damage resulting from misuse, from use on unsuitable surfaces, or from failure to follow the supplied instructions.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — logos, images, text, designs, and the LENCE name — is the property of Puralens LLC and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our written permission.

If you submit reviews, photos, or other content to us, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use it in our marketing, and you confirm the content is yours to share.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or this website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law in your country. Where such law grants you rights that cannot be waived, those rights apply in addition to these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. This does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer law in your country of residence.
